About me

Hello friends! As an aspiring writer and author of this site, here is a short biography.

My name is Cassidy. I began writing when I was about twelve when I discovered wattpad.com (which I still use today!) and my biggest achievement by that point was that a member of One Direction read my fanfiction about him. Since then I'd like to think I've grown as a writer. I've also gotten much more into performing arts and hope to major in theatre in college.

I've participated in Camp Nanowrimo every April and July since 2014, and have won twice! I write realistic fiction (yes, still the occasional fanfic...) and read realistic fiction/fantasy as well, and really enjoy Christian books.

I obsessively drink tea and tend to waste my time by watching Doctor Who, Sherlock, and/or American Horror Story on Netflix. I call myself organized (and am to some degree), but my desk is always a mess. I listen to Broadway soundtracks and alternative bands from the 90s, then attempt to play them on piano.
